👾🎮 Game Development Producer (Leadership-Tier)
TEAM: PACK LEAD
Role Overview:
We're seeking a disciplined Game Development Producer to lead our development pipeline for World Soul. You aren't just managing tasks - you're the guardian of our Pack momentum. Your primary goal is to manage the technical production of our pitch demo and lead us toward a fundable vertical slice, coordinating with various teams to estbalish feasible deadlines and troubleshoot development problems. This is a leadership-tier volunteer role, ideal for someone looking to prove their strategic mettle in the indie games industry.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary coordinator for our global remote programming team, ensuring Jira and ClickUp tasks are clear and moving.
Lead weekly technical syncs to maintain a steady build cadence, ensuring "Traversal is Survival" and other core pillars are implemented faithfully.
Work closely with leads and programmers to identify and remove blockers in the programming and systems pipelines.
Ensure all technical implementation aligns with the World Soul V1 GDD.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience with Unreal Engine 5 or other engines (ex. Unity, Godot) for game design.
Familiarity with Unreal Engine pipelines and C++/blueprints logic (you don't need to code it but you must speak the language)
Proven experience with project management (Agile, scrums), as well as project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp, etc.
A human-first mindset, valuing craftsmanship and mentorship over automated shortcuts.

📢💻 Community & Marketing Lead (Leadership-Tier)
TEAM: community & marketing
Role Overview:
We're seeking a Community & Marketing Lead to take charge of social-facing operations for our debut project, World Soul. You'll be responsible for bridging the gap between our developers and the community, making impactful decisions that shape the way World Soul and WolfPack are marketed through the actions of our Community & Marketing team. This is a leadership-tier volunteer role, ideal for someone looking to prove their strategic mettle in the indie games industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Community & Marketing team by outlining goals for marketing, evaluating priority tasks for team members and coordinating with team leads.
Work closely with the development and art teams to gather concept art, lore snippets and video progress to be shared via social media for the community.
Share our "human-first" approach by planning and organizing ways to highlight our team members and showcase the craftmanship behind the code.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency with graphic design/video-editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro/DaVinci, etc).
Strong written and communication skills, with the ability to approach problems from logical perspectives.
Deep understanding of game-centric platforms (Discord, Reddit, TikTok/Reels) and how to trend within indie dev circles.

👾🎮 3D Gameplay Animator
TEAM: development & programming
Role Overview:
We're seeking a talented 3D Gameplay Animator to join the Pack and help define the visceral, animalistic movement of World Soul. In this role, you won't just be moving bones; you'll be the architect of our combat and traversal fluidity. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a combat system from the ground up, moving beyond simple aesthetics to create a gameplay experience that feels both strong and clever.
Responsibilities:
Focus on designing impactful combat sequences, hit-stop mechanics and responsive recovery windows for players.
Work closely with the Technical and Art teams to implement completed concepts and work in Unreal Engine 5, utilizing Animation Blueprints and State Machines to ensure our unique hybrid characters feel agile and powerful.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience with Unreal Engine 5 or other engines (ex. Unity, Godot) for game design.
Previous experience with (or a strong desire to learn) Unreal Engine 5’s animation ecosystem, including Animation Blueprints, Control Rigs and Motion Warping.
Applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of weight and timing, particularly for non-humanoid or hybrid characters.
A deep interest in combat design (the timing of hit frames, cancel windows, defensive options, etc.) is highly preferred.

🎨⌨️ Concept Artist
TEAM: art, development & programming
Role Overview:
We're seeking a visionary Concept Artist to join the Pack and help define the visual identity of our debut project, World Soul. In this role, you will act as an architect of a post-human Earth, bridging the gap between narrative and visual design to finalize the studio's official Art Bible. We are looking for an artist who can balance creative ideation with production reality, providing the "North Star" our 3D team needs to move from pre-production into full-scale development. This is an ideal opportunity to leave a permanent mark on a high-fidelity Unreal Engine 5 project within a supportive community.
Responsibilities:
Produce clear, readable concept sheets for use by 3D artists, including silhouettes, material callouts, and key technical details.
Explore and iterate on unique hybrid creature designs and environmental storytelling elements that define our gameplay.
Translate narrative and design ideas into visually cohesive environments grounded in our core pillars of Melancholy and Human-First craftsmanship.
Work directly with designers and 3D animators to ensure concepts are practical, optimized, and ready for the technical pipeline.
Contribute to building and refining the project’s Art Bible to ensure a consistent visual language across the entire world.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience with Unreal Engine 5 or other engines (ex. Unity, Godot) for game design.
Good command of art principles (composition, scale, perspective, light, color and form) and knowledge of concept art/3D production pipelines, specifically how 2D translates to Unreal Engine.
A team player - you will be required to work with other people and coordinate your tasks based on the needs outlined by the Art team lead.
Experience with non-humanoid/creature design or architectural knowledge of nature reclaiming urban spaces is a bonus.
